Shalini's Salads Journey

Shalini Tekale founder of Shalini's Salads, She started her business in 2019. Prior to starting her business, she worked as a primary school teacher. Despite her busy schedule, she was passionate about cooking and had a natural talent for creating delicious and healthy salad recipes. Her first branch was opened on 2nd October 2019 in Kothrud, Pune, and it quickly gained a reputation for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients and delicious flavors. This success led to the opening of 4 more branches, in Parvati, Sinhgad Road further solidifying her business's success and reach. Shalini Tekale just received Entrepreneur Excellence Award 2023 by DeAsra Foundation, Persistence Systems for her excellence in Business Marketing.

DeAsra Entrepreneur Excellence Award !!

We are thrilled to announce that Shalini's Salads has been honored with the prestigious DeAsra Entrepreneur Excellence Award! We are incredibly grateful to DeAsra for recognizing our commitment to providing healthy and delicious salads to our community.
The award was presented by Dr. Anand Deshpande, founder of DeAsra Foundation and Persistent systems and Navil Noronha, CEO of Dmart. 250 startups from Maharashtra participated in this competition, out of which five startups that performed excellently were selected.

Shalini’s Salads were selected in the food category. The award consists of Rs.25000/- and certificate and memento. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, who have worked tirelessly to create a business that promotes health and wellness.
