Appointment Terms & Conditions for Shalini's Salads Business Training Enquiry
Confirmation of Appointment:: Upon successful submission of the Business Training enquiry form and payment of the Rs. 1000/- appointment fee, we will contact you to confirm the appointment and fix a suitable date and time for the meeting.
Non-Transferable Appointment:: The appointment scheduled with you is non-transferable. It is intended for the registered applicant only and cannot be transferred to another individual or party
Appointment Fee:: The Rs. 1000/- appointment fee is a completely non-refundable fee. Regardless of the outcome of the meeting, this fee will not be refunded.
Deductibility of Fee:: The Rs. 1000/- appointment fee will be deducted from the total Business Training cost if you decide to proceed with the Business Training agreement and enter into a successful partnership with Shalini's Salads
Cancellation and Rescheduling:: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Punctuality:: We kindly request that you arrive on time for the scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Additional Documents and Information:: During the appointment, you may be required to provide additional documents or information as part of the Business Training evaluation process. Please come prepared with any relevant documentation.
Confidentiality:: All discussions and information shared during the appointment are strictly confidential. We trust that you will maintain the confidentiality of the information exchanged during the meeting.
No Obligation to Business Training:: The appointment does not imply any obligation on your part to enter into a Business Training agreement with Shalini's Salads. It serves as an opportunity for both parties to explore the potential partnership.
Decision Period:: After the meeting, you will be given a reasonable period to consider the Business Training opportunity and make an informed decision. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have during this period.
Business Training Agreement Terms:: If both parties mutually agree to proceed with the Business Training, the terms of the Business Training agreement, including rights, responsibilities, and obligations, will be discussed in detail during subsequent discussions.
